PRESIDENT BUHARI APPOINTS A NEW ACCOUNTANT GENERAL

President of Nigeria Mohammadu Buhari appoints a serving director in the Federal Ministry of Mines and Steel Development, Ahmed Idris, as the new Accountant General of the Federation.His appointment was made known by the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation, Danladi Kifasi, through a statement by his Director of Communications, Haruna Imrana, yestaday being the 25th of june 2015.the statement reads as follows

    "President Muhammadu Buhari has approved the appointment of Alhaji Ahmed Idris as the Accountant General of the Federation. The appointment took immediate effect from yestaday".
